Yes, you may book a complimentary online discovery meeting with us here. In this discovery meeting, we will have a short introduction about you and about us, and we will answer any questions you have regarding the wedding film production. The meeting will be in English or German, based on your preference.

We can be flexible but it is strongly advised to inquire and confirm as early as possible within your planning phase to ensure that your date will be reserved for you. Other details such as package inclusions may be modified later on.

Our process begins with the Storyfinding. We will speak with you both to get a deeper understanding of your story. You may choose from our pre-defined packages or you may also request for a custom package. You will then receive the proposal and our terms and conditions. Upon confirmation of the package you want, you will receive the first invoice for the retainer. Your wedding date will be reserved upon receipt of this first payment.

We offer a payment schedule with three installments. 50% retainer is due upon confirmation and only upon receiving this payment can we reserve the date for you. 40% is due 2 months before the wedding. And the 10% is due upon delivery of the wedding film. Any additional costs and add-ons shall be due immediately upon confirmation. All payments shall be done through bank transfer.

We deliver the same high-quality work before, during and after the wedding day. And because of this, our pricing is independent of the season or the day of the filming.

Yes. We are open to travel for filming outside our base in Vienna. We have already been filming in Europe and in the USA. The exact additional costs will be discussed depending on the location and number of days. For events that will require air and sea travel and overnight stays, the client will organise and pay for the transportation, board and accommodation.

Our style is documentary storytelling. We specialise in capturing real, unscripted moments while remaining discreet and unobtrusive to you and your guests.

We always deliver a wedding film and the rough-cut of the full speeches, vows and first dance. The length of the wedding film varies depending on the package you choose.

We set a timeframe of up to 4 months after the wedding to deliver the wedding film. If a teaser is booked, it will be delivered to you up to 4 weeks after the wedding.

Depending on the package that you will choose as well as on the filming locations, our team composition usually ranges from 2 to 5 persons.

We will be in close contact with your wedding planner and will be coordinating the schedules and the program. During the timeline meeting with you a few weeks before the wedding, we can already define how many additional hours of coverage might be needed. Even if it is not defined beforehand, you may still decide to add hours during the wedding day.

Cancellation and refund may be enforced under certain conditions which are detailed in section 8 of our terms and conditions.

We highly respect our clients’ privacy. For promotional purposes, we may create and post videos online using clips from your wedding. These clips however will be limited to those wherein you and your guests are not recognisable. We may show your wedding film to potential clients online via a password-protected link, or offline during meetings using our own devices.
